Hustle and Bustle (Part I)

Seated in Seat No. 7A, I kept glancing at my watch from the time the plane took off from Bandaranaiyake International Airport. Being aviophobic, I kept getting panic attacks when the plane experienced turbulence. It was probably the longest 3 hours of my life... I kept having visions and flashbacks from my life, now when I come to think of it, it was all absurd really. Oh well, an aviophobic's gotta do what an aviophobic's gotta do! (nearly pass out while having panic attacks) Amidst the turbulence, a crowded plane and stale air, I remembered old times, with friends, family etc and how I'm missing out on all those happy times now. (It was all to do with the fear of dying really to be honest) Gosh, I'm so darn paranoid I missed hanging out with my friends (keep in mind that my friends are now scattered all over the world) and I had a sense of something missing deep inside.

After 3 long hours, I had a glimpse of shimmery lights and tiny moving lights crawling along vertical strips, amidst the clouds. The view was spectacular! Just then the announcement was made: "Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman, this is your captain speaking, we kindly request you to remain in your seats with your seatbelt on as we will be landing shortly at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Hope you had an enjoyable flight and we hope to be able to serve you once again. Thank you"
Enjoyable Flight? You have got to be shitting me! In an instance I was wearing my seatbelt. Now was probably the time of doom..This was it. We are probably going to crash land. In a few minutes I felt the plane beginning to land. That was the time that I remember pulling my camera out of my backpack and thinking to myself, If I'm gonna die now, I might as well video the god damn thing! So, there I was, holding the cam with one shivering hand while the plane jerked and trembled while landing.

So, the outcome of my whole bravery? Erm...No, I haven't got rid of the aviophobia just yet. The outcome is actually....this!(Pls note that due to the flight's jerkiness, the outcome has also experience the above mentioned): Sorry folks... The outcome cannot be uploaded since its a HUGE file :(
